The Process

To start off, we will have 1 taster session to see if we're a good match to achieve success together. Based on this introduction, you will decide which of the options I offer is best for you. If you are completely new to fertility or want a reboot for your journey; I recomment the course of 12 lessons as a starting point. These lessons have been designed to help you cope and even flourish on the way to achieving that precious baby your heart desires. It is my core belief that coaching should be as flexible as possible based solely on what you think you need. That is why there are several options to choose from. Choose from 1 session, 4, 8 or the full course of 12. The Fertility Journey course is coach-led (meaning I choose the topics and direction of discussion) while the others are client-led (which means you decide what to discuss). I do not recommend medical practitioners or give medical advice. If something feels off to me about the advice you’ve been receiving, I will let you know my concerns but the responsibility is yours to seek a second medical opinion or to change clinics. My aim is to offer you real support that doesn’t exploit this emotional situation that you are in. That is why I will also not sell any merchandise such as vitamins, wellness packs etc or make such recommendations. I may have digital products pertaining to fertility coaching that are available on other platforms for sale. You will not need to purchase any of them as a requirement for any of my coaching services offered here. I’m here to plug in the gaps that the clinic leaves regarding your emotional state, nothing else. Sometimes, you want to have conversations about your fertility journey that you don’t feel you can actually have with your medical personnel or your family and friends. Multiple sessions: If you like to have standing appointments, you can book multiple sessions in advance. Please note that 7 working days are required to change your appointment and such changes depend on availability. Research: If you would like me to look up things for you to give you an opinion or to for some other reason, it will be charged as a full session or multiple sessions depending on the requirements. Please discuss this with me by email first before making a payment. Refund Policy: the refund policy is that there are no refunds. However, I will be very happy to work with you to find a timing that is convenient if you need to change your appointments. I really recommend booking a single session first to get a sense of my style and approach before you get stuck in. I want this to be as stress-free for you as possible especially since your life is already complicated by this journey you're on.
